Carla is a compassionate Sleep Coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate the challenges of grief and reclaim restful sleep. With a deep understanding of the profound impact of losing a loved one, Carla combines her extensive knowledge with genuine empathy and care. After experiencing the heartache of losing both her parents in their 60s, she is uniquely equipped to support others in their journey towards healing and well-being. Carla's passion lies in guiding people towards healthier, happier lives, one peaceful night at a time.
We are a charitable trust, established in 2009. Our services are designed to offer loss and grief support to youth, adults, families or whanau experiencing any form of significant loss. We also provide professional training, community talks and events and partnerships with funeral homes to provide bereavement support.
We support people whose lives are affected by grief and loss. This may be due to a loss of a loved one or from circumstances that have caused change that is difficult to manage. We also provide groups and programmes, including:
