Journaling through grief

A grief journal gives you a medium for expression with no fear of being judged, plus it has the added benefit of acting as a written record of your experience that can show recurring patterns and growth.

Mindfulness while grieving

Using mindfulness with grief is not intended to diminish the pain associated with a loss, but rather to acknowledge the pain and to face it head on instead of running from it. It usually takes more energy to avoid grief than to let ourselves experience it. You can begin your mindfulness practice today by simply pausing to fully embrace this moment in time.

Tapping through grief

Clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often re-balance itself, and accelerate healing.
